Little Man Baby Shower

Howdy!!!
Long time no post. Since becoming a Middle School Teacher, the time has gone to lesson plans and creating activities.

This November I made time to create a custom order for 2 banners for a Baby Boy Baby Shower. I wanted to share the pictures of the finished banners. One, she only wanted the squares. She has her own ribbon and was adding real onsies to it. I can't wait to see them displayed next month! Thank you for your order Lisa!!! You really don't know what you did for me getting me to get back in my craft room again!!!

Coach's Journal

Well, it's Monday again! Time to start a new week! Hopefully the cool weather will stick around :)

Here's a custom order for an altered composition book for a Coach who loves her job! I found their logo on-line and printed it on matte photo paper... found some cute clipart for the sports she coaches... cut out some words and "Coach Lopez"... used the school colors and embellished after sealing it with Mod Podge so it will be durable throughout her busy year!  It's a gift that was custom ordered just for her. I hope she loves it! :)

Little Man Baby Shower Banners

The Little Man Baby Shower is around the corner and I have completed the Banners to be displayed along with the matching Cupcake Toppers (shown in a previous post).

These are the first banners I have ever made... They were a blast to make and design... I had no idea how long it would take to make each one but I am inspired to make more and look forward to my next order! :)

Best Friend Card

IT'S FRIDAY!!!  Hope everyone is having a great day!  I just wanted to share this card I designed on Inkspace using combining and union and then outlining it... Once it was done, I cut it on my Cricut... I embellished it and added a tag and the words BEST to show it's for one of my best friends... he's really been there for me lately and I just wanted to let him know I appreciate him... Have a great weekend everyone!

Inside has a message that says "thank you" embossed with sapphire pearlustre embossing powder. Plus, I added my own message of thanx to Sam.

Howdy everybody!!! I know it's been way too long since I've posted anything, but I am back in my crafty mode and have been keeping busy...


Here are some CUPCAKE TOPPERS for a Little Man Baby Shower coming up in November... I have also made some banners (which I will post later). I had a blast making these and coming up with all different designs...

Many of the cutouts were first designed on Photoshop, then on Inkscape and then converted to svg files to cut on my cricut... It made things so much easier once all the designs were done and ready to cut!

YeeHaw... Cowgirl Theme Journal

Howdy my friends and family :)
It's Monday again. I have some projects to work on this evening, but I wanted to share this journal I made for an order. She wanted Cowgirl theme with a red ribbon. The stickers I used didn't have red, but pink, so I matted them with red paper to have it match the ribbon :) Hope you like it!

Hello Kitty Journals :)

Happy Monday Friends!!!

I hope everybody has been doing well. I've been quite sick, but managed to complete these journals for an order. Hello Kitty is BIG right now!  The two journals are composition books. I think this is so much nicer than just the plain black and white patterns you get! lol.

What would you write in your journal?

I have used my journals for many different things... things I don't want to forget... to do lists... poems... quotes... addresses to add later to my address book... and of course, as a journal/diary... :)
