Howdy my friends and family :)
It's Monday again. I have some projects to work on this evening, but I wanted to share this journal I made for an order. She wanted Cowgirl theme with a red ribbon. The stickers I used didn't have red, but pink, so I matted them with red paper to have it match the ribbon :) Hope you like it!

Happy Monday Friends!!!

I hope everybody has been doing well. I've been quite sick, but managed to complete these journals for an order. Hello Kitty is BIG right now!  The two journals are composition books. I think this is so much nicer than just the plain black and white patterns you get! lol.

What would you write in your journal?

I have used my journals for many different things... things I don't want to forget... to do lists... poems... quotes... addresses to add later to my address book... and of course, as a journal/diary... :)

Breast Cancer Awareness Post-it Holders

happy sunday all :)
I wanted to share these pics of some post-it note holders I made for a friend of mine. Her and her friends/co-workers participate regularly in walks and relays for Breast Cancer Awareness.  This also is important to me since I lost my Tia Olga to this horrible disease. Hopefully, one day soon, a cure will be found. I hope you enjoy the projects I made. Remember, I can custom make these for you as well as anything else you'd like. I'd love a challenge :)

Frame - Family

Howdy!

I wanted to share a recent project I made for a very special lady I just met at the Starr County Youth Fair. She just told me to put pink and blue rhinestones in the tree... I took it from there. :)

This frame is 5x7... I inked the wood with Timber Brown -Stazon because I wanted to make the frame a little darker than what it was... I added some buttons, bling and flower to the outside... the tree and "family" sentiment are stamps that I heat embossed using a pearlized blue color... pink and blue bling added... a glitter mist sprayed to make it sparkle and it's done :)

some of the buttons are truly vintage- more than 30 years old :)

there are pop-up dots to give it some depth :)

Scrapbook Album- Hawaiin/Luau Theme for Quincenera

Aloha!!!

Last month, a friend of mine from A&M asked me to make a scrapbook album for her daughter's 15th Birthday. A quincenera is very traditional in the Mexican American Culture. This one was unique as it was a Hawaiin/ Luau Themed Party!!! I was super excited to do it, especially since it's a theme I hadn't worked with! Plus, it's a break from the other projects I had been working on and an album is so different and challenging! :)

Here are the pix of the album I created. All my friend will have to do is add pictures to the ready-made pages! I setd her some left over paper and stickers to make her own pages if they wanted to add some more. I saw their pictures on-line and they are GREAT!!! I hope to see the album with the pictures in it!

Harley Davidson Journal.

This was a special order from my friend Elsa to her sister-in-law

who loves Harleys! 

So you see... custom orders... i'll do my best to figure it out! :)

not a big fan of orange, but i loved it here!

Journals... i just love to write :)

i love to write... what better place than your own personalized journal... here are two journals that i made last month and are still available if you would like... or you can send me an e-mail and let me know exactly what you would like on yours---color (s), theme, name, flowers, butterflies, cowgirl stuff, fairies, fashion, quotes or anything your imagination can come up with and i'll design it for ya! i seal each one, back and front, with decoupage. it gives it a great texture and provides durability too!

HOWDY YA'LL!!!
I know it's been awhile since I've posted, but a lot has been going on in my life. I did want to take some time to post some mini-journals I had made to sell at the Starr County Youth Fair at the end of February. I was only able to make it out one day, so I still have some items left for purchase and of course, I'm always taking orders for your special requests.

I hope everyone has been doing well. I've been trying to keep busy and stay motivated!

Post -It Note Holders, part 3 :)

Good Morning all! :) Hope everybody's week is going well so far.

I'm on part 3 of my post it holders... don't know how many parts there will be. There are 4 new ones and a bonus one that was special ordered for a birthday! Some of these are for an order, PLUS, I'm gonna have a little booth at the STARR COUNTY YOUTH FAIR at the end of this Month!!!

The  STARR COUNTY YOUTH FAIR starts on Thursday, Feb. 24- Saturday, Feb. 26... I haven't been to this fair in years! I must make a list of everything I need to take or will need! Any suggestions are very much welcome!
